# 工程進度管理

提供完整的工程排程與進度追蹤功能，確保專案按時程推進。人員可以隨時使用電腦後台或手機 App 進行進度追蹤，確保工程推進正常。

### 一、 建立與匯入工程進度

在開始追蹤進度前，您需要先將專案的排程建置到系統中。

* **Excel 批次匯入**：
  * 點擊列表右上角的「匯出Excel」功能，下載系統範本。

### 二、 日常進度追蹤與檢視

系統提供直覺的列表，方便現場與內勤人員快速掌握當前狀況。

* **「今日」進度分頁**： 切換至「今日」頁籤，系統會自動列出施工期間內包含「當天」的所有細項進度。這方便人員每日一目了然地確認今日應辦事項。

### 三、 編輯明細與設定檢查工項

為了確保施工品質與進度掛鉤，您需要針對進度細項設定對應的查驗項目。

* **進入編輯明細**： 點擊列表右側操作欄中的「鉛筆（編輯）」圖示，即可開啟「編輯工程進度明細」視窗。
* **設定預定查驗**： 在此視窗中，您可以針對該細項設定專屬的「預定檢查工項」。
* **更新實際查驗**： 隨著工程實際推進，當現場完成檢驗後，您可以隨時回來此處新增或更換「實際檢查工項」列表，確保進度與查驗紀錄同步。

### 四、 進度完工與狀態更新

當現場工項如期完成後，請務必於系統中進行狀態更新。

* **快速完工回報**： 在進度列表中，直接點擊右側操作欄的「完工（藍色勾勾圖示）」按鈕，即可快速更新該項目的實際完工日期。
