# 第三部分：創建與設定工地

完成基礎資料庫（員工、廠商、材料等）的建置後，即可開始在系統中建立您的工程專案，並為該專案設定專屬的空間與樓層劃分。

### **步驟一：新增工地**

**目的**： 建立專案專屬的工作空間，並指派參與人員與基礎設定。\
\
**操作路徑**： 於公司總覽首頁，點擊右上角的「<mark style="color:$primary;">**新增工地**</mark>」按鈕。\
\
**操作細節**：系統將引導您依序完成四個分頁的設定：

1. **基本資料**： 請在此頁面填寫「工地名稱」、「工地位置」以及「工地類型」（例如：公寓）。確認後點擊「下一步」。

2. **細節與封面**： 設定該專案的「開工日期」與「竣工日期」。透過下拉選單指定「工地負責人 / 主任」。您亦可輸入「專案描述」並上傳專屬的「封面圖片」，完成後點擊「下一步」。<br>

3. **工地人員**： 畫面將列出系統內各部門（如工程部、業務部、機械部等）的員工名單。請<mark style="color:$primary;">勾選需要參與此工地的員工</mark>。系統支援「全部人員全選 / 清空」以及各別部門的「全選 / 清空」功能，方便快速指派。<br>

4. **工項設定**： 選擇要引用的<mark style="color:$primary;">工項</mark>來源工地。若不需要參考既有專案，請選擇「預設」，系統將建立空白的工項設定。最後點擊右下角的「完成」按鈕，即可成功新增工地。

### **步驟二：工地前置設定**

工地新增完成後，首次點擊進入該工地卡片，系統會要求您先完成空間規劃的「工地前置設定」。\
\
此設定分為兩個階段：

1. **建立樓層**<br>

   * **數字定義**： 適用於連續樓層。請分別<mark style="color:$primary;">填寫「地上樓層」區間</mark>（例如：1 \~ 15）<mark style="color:$primary;">與「地下樓層」區間</mark>（例如：1 \~ 4），系統會自動產生對應樓層（如 1F\~15F、B1\~B4）。
   * **自行輸入**： 適用於<mark style="color:$primary;">特殊樓層</mark>。若有如 RF、機電層等非數字樓層，請於此欄位輸入名稱後點擊「<mark style="color:$primary;">**加入**</mark>」。
   * 確認下方預覽列表無誤後，點擊右下角「<mark style="color:$primary;">**建立樓層並下一步**</mark>」。

2. **建立區域**\
   為剛才建立的各個樓層，進一步劃分內部區域（例如：主臥、客廳、管道間等）。<br>
   * 於左側選單<mark style="color:$primary;">選擇欲設定的樓層</mark>（例如：1F）。
   * 在右側「預選區域」中，直接<mark style="color:$primary;">勾選該樓層包含的空間名稱</mark>（如外牆、地下室、機房等）。
   * 若預設清單不敷使用，可透過「自行輸入」欄位新增特定空間名稱並點擊「**加入**」。
   * 💡 **批次小訣竅**： 若各樓層的空間格局大致相同，您可以在完成某一層的設定後，點擊下方的 「<mark style="color:$primary;">**複製到全部樓層**</mark>」 按鈕，即可快速套用至所有樓層，大幅節省時間。

### **步驟三：完成設定與進入總覽**

確認所有樓層與區域皆設定完畢後，點擊右下角的 「<mark style="color:$primary;">**完成並進入總覽**</mark>」。

此時，您將正式進入該工地的專屬管理介面。在畫面上方，您會看到系統提供的各項工程管理模組頁籤，包含：「工程進度」、「工程日報」、「施工查驗」、「簽核列表」、「工地管理」與「人員管理」。至此，工地建置作業大功告成，系統已準備好隨時展開後續的工程營運與紀錄作業。
