# 第四部分：工地專案管理與檢查工項設定
進入專屬的管理介面後，在正式展開現場查驗與工程紀錄前，建議先進入「工地管理」進行專案配置的核對與微調。確保系統內的工項類別與檢查標準，完全對齊當前工地的實務需求。
### **步驟一：開啟工地管理選單**
**操作路徑**： 在管理介面上方的導覽列中，點擊 「工地管理」。\
\
**選單說明**： 下拉選單將提供以下設定單元：
* **基本資訊**： 檢視或修改工地的基礎資料與封面。
* **區域管理**： 異動、新增或調整在前置設定中建立的樓層與內部區域。
* **工項管理**： 管理本工地涵蓋的施工項目清單。
* **檢查工項管理**： 配置各工項對應的品質查驗標準與檢驗項目。
* **通知信設定**： 設定相關作業通知的寄送對象與規則。
### **步驟二：工項管理**
**目的**： 確認當前工地引用的施工項目，是否符合本案施工範圍，並可根據專案需求彈性調整。\
\
**操作方式**：
1. 點擊選單中的 「**工項管理**」，進入工項列表頁面。
2. **檢視與調整**： 列表將顯示目前本工地擁有的所有「工項名稱」（例如：輕隔間工程、鋼筋、填縫材等），並可查閱「工項類別」、「負責廠商」、「說明」與「備註」。
3. **單筆修改/刪除**： 點擊清單右側的 **編輯**（筆號圖示） 可調整工項細節；若本工地無此項目，點擊 **刪除**（垃圾桶圖示） 即可移除。
4. **新增專案工項**： 點擊右上角綠色的 「**新增工項 +**」 按鈕，即可額外增添本工地特定的工程項目。
### **步驟三：檢查工項管理**
**目的**： 設定現場品質查驗時所使用的標準檢查工項單，確保工程各階段（施工前、施工中、施工後）皆有對應的客觀品質標準。
**操作方式**：
1. 點擊選單中的 「**檢查工項管理**」。
2. **切換工程項目**： 畫面左側會列出目前的 「**工程項目**」 清單（例如：點選「鋼筋」）。
3. **核對檢查內容**： 右側主畫面將載入該工項專屬的「**檢查工項管理**」列表，包含：
* **檢查時機**： 標明該檢驗發生於「施工前」、「施工中」或「施工後」。
* **負責廠商**： 該檢驗項目對應的施工/承包廠商。
* **檢查項目**： 待查驗的具體事項（例如：材料規格、隔間放樣、板材黏貼其他材料時之處理等）。
* **檢查標準說明**： 現場驗收的明確判定基準（例如：「材料規格符合合約要求」、「依客變圖另製訂表單以方便現場檢查」等）。
4. **編輯與自訂**：
* 針對不適用本工地的檢查項目，可點擊右側的 **刪除**（垃圾桶圖示）。
* 欲調整檢查標準說明，點擊 **編輯**（筆號圖示） 進行文字修正。
* 若需增設特殊檢驗條件，點擊右上角綠色的 「**新增項目 +**」 按鈕，自行定義查驗時機、檢查項目與標準說明；亦可點擊左側底部 「 **+ 新增工程項目**」 增加整個大類的工程項目。
* **檢查時機管理**，新增/移除檢查時機。
