# 第一部分：建立員工帳號

**目的**： 建立系統使用者帳號，以便團隊成員登入系統並進行後續作業。\

**操作路徑**： 進入系統首頁後，點選上方「<mark style="color:$primary;">**員工列表**</mark>」頁籤。

**操作方式：**&#x20;

系統提供兩種建立員工資料的方式：

* **單筆新增**： 點擊畫面右上角的「<mark style="color:$primary;">**新增員工**</mark>」按鈕，逐筆輸入員工資訊。

* 部門設定： 目前系統尚未支援部門資料的批次匯入。請於帳號建立完成後，再至系統內進行部門的分配與管理。相關優化功能尚在實作中。
