# 一、 進入查驗功能與建立檢查工項

現場工程人員透過手機 App 快速執行標準化的施工品質查驗。支援現場拍照、精準的圖面標記、電子簽名，並提供缺失總覽介面，讓後續的改善與複查追蹤可以集中管理。

登入 App 並選擇專案（工地）後，您可以開始建立並執行查驗作業。

1. **進入功能清單**： 在首頁儀表板，點擊下方快捷按鈕「<mark style="color:$primary;">**施工查驗**</mark><mark style="color:$primary;">」</mark>，即可進入查驗功能清單。

2. **建立檢查工項**： 在清單中點選「<mark style="color:$primary;">**新增檢查工項**</mark>」。

3. **填寫基本資訊**： 依序選擇「<mark style="color:$primary;">製表人</mark>」、「<mark style="color:$primary;">工項</mark>」、「<mark style="color:$primary;">樓層</mark>」以及「<mark style="color:$primary;">檢查區域</mark>」（可複選或自行輸入）。確認無誤後點擊「<mark style="color:$primary;">**送出」**</mark>，系統便會為您產出對應的檢查工項單。

4. **查看既有工項**： 您也可以在功能清單點選「<mark style="color:$primary;">**檢查工項列表**</mark>」，查看過去建立的單據，並透過上方的分類頁籤（全部、進行中、簽核中、已完成、已駁回）快速篩選。
